The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff here are fantastic. They couldn’t have been more helpful, I was travelling with my daughter for a dance show in Alton Towers and this was the perfect location at a great price. At very short notice we wanted to stay an extra night and they quickly dealt with my request without having us switch rooms. Breakfast is included with your stay, and there is a huge variety. They even provide grab and go bags if you don’t have time to stop for breakfast, you can make yourself and bacon roll and a coffee to take with you on your journey. I can’t fault this hotel at all, there is nothing I didn’t like about it, definitely be visiting again.

Very welcoming , helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable well-appointed spotlessly clean room. Very good self-service breakfast. This hotel is in a bit of an odd location and is currently in the middle of building works and looks very unwelcoming. However, I was forewarned about the building works and they were no problem at all – particularly as it was the weekend. The warm welcome given by the two woman receptionists quite made up for the surroundings. The man on reception when I left was equally helpful and friendly.

I was surprised at how modern, clean and tidy the hotel and room where. All the extras were available and included in the price, like iron, ironing board (The Premier Inn up the road don't have them in every room!). The bed was so comfortable. The shampoo and body wash in the lovely bathroom was good quality. Breakfast was included, which is brilliant value for money. We would definitely stay again.

Greeted warmly when I arrived, checked in quickly, room was clean and tidy. Air-con/Heating took a little bit of faff to work out but other than that all was good. Breakfast had a good choice, with a simple buffet style arrangement, with cereals, pastries and the usual full cooked options.

Great location for what we needed very accessible from the main road , very clean and spacious ability to eat on site although we never tried the food on offer so cannot comment on quality but appeared to have a relatively good choice for dinner options . Overall great hotel and met our expectations

Room was good for the price. Everything we needed for a weekend. Maybe if staying for a week would require some drawers or more clothes space. Staff all excellent. Cleaning team very good and accommodating.

The hotel itself was very well decorated, very clean and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast offerings were good, particularly liked the fact that they had gluten free options.

The staff were more than happy to help with all of our requests. They asked us to check the set up of the room before we went up, and when we came down to let them know the sofa bed wasn't set up, they sorted it out very quickly with no grumbles. The man who checked us in (I didn't get his name) was extremely friendly and really wanted to make sure we were comfortable. He was brilliant.
